Scott County is located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Appalachian Valley in the southwestern part of Virginia. With 539 square miles and a population of 23,403, Scott County borders the state of Tennessee. Our county has much to offer whether you are looking for a new residential location, an industrial location, or just a nice place to visit.
